In einem Smoker wird das Fleisch nicht über offenem Feuer oder Glut gegrillt, sondern im heißen Rauch gegart oder geräuchert. In unserem Smoker können nicht nur Spanferkel zubereitet werden. Unser BBQ Catering (optional mit oder ohne Bedienung) kann auch mit:
- Spareribs
- Grillhühnchen
- Krustenbraten
- Schinkenbraten
- Rinderbrust
- Pute
- Lamm
- Ente
- oder Gans
bestellt werden.
Sie können unseren Smoker für Ihr Event bestellen. Der GMB Smoker wird immer mit Inhalt geliefert, die Bedienung ist optional. Wir bemühen uns, möglichst nur regionale Bauernhöfe als Lieferanten zu nutzen und können bei der Zubereitung des Grillguts Rücksicht auf Allergiker nehmen.
Einmal im Monat bieten wir Spanferkel bei Bauer Maaßen an. Kommen Sie vorbei und probieren Sie!
